Site Survey

Our smart, friendly and knowledgeable surveyor will call at your property at a time that suits you. He will offer you as much free advice as you want and you can ask as many questions as you like. He will not try any 'hard sell' tactics.

You will be issued with a firm quotation on the day of the surveyors visit. It's as easy as that.


Assign Installer and Installation Date

Once you have accepted your quote we will assign you an Installation team and an installation start and end date. That way you will know how long we will be at your property minimizing any inconvenience to you daily life.


Installation

Our installation team will arrive at 9am on the dot on the day of installation and dust sheet over all carpets and furniture. We assure you that they will show as much respect for your property as they do their own. Your installer will discuss their daily plan with you before they start any work. You should now make your installer aware of any special requests you may have, for example "don't go in the garage because the dog may eat you" or similar!


Sign Off Job

Installation completed and all rubbish removed from site. One of our sales team will call round to make sure you are happy with everything. If you are we will issue you with a building regulation compliance certificate and last but not least an invoice for the work done.
